We're looking for a Civil Designer who takes pride in accurate, well-coordinated site design. You'll develop grading plans, drainage designs, utility layouts, and construction documents for a range of land development projects. You know your way around Civil 3D, you ask good questions, and you don't submit work you're not confident in.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Have 2-5 years of site / land development design experience

• Are fluent in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Understand grading, stormwater, and utility systems - not just how to draw them, but why they work

• Catch your own errors before anyone else does

• Want to grow into a well-rounded project engineer

A PE or EIT is a plus, but not required. What matters most is that you care about getting it right. 

We're looking for a Project Engineer who can take a land development project from preliminary design through construction documents with minimal hand-holding. You'll manage deliverables, coordinate with clients and agencies, mentor junior staff, and make technical decisions you can defend. You understand the full picture: grading, drainage, utilities, permitting, and how it all fits together on a tight schedule.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Have 4-8 years of site / land development experience

• Hold a PE license (or are close - we'll talk)

• Can run a project, not just work on one

• Communicate clearly with clients, municipalities, and your own team

• Hold your work - and your team's work - to a high standard
